Cancellation Policy

EVENT CANCELATION: If an in-store event should be cancelled within two weeks of the agreed upon date(s) and a reschedule is not offered or cannot be accommodated by the Designer, a 50% cancelation fee will be charged based on the agreed upon number of hours that were to be worked. The Client shall not be assessed a cancelation fee if the Designer is notified of the cancelation in writing more than two weeks in advance of the date(s). Should an event be canceled within two days of an event, the Client agrees to pay the full agreed upon amount for the hours that were to be worked.
