- Our Booking Process -
1. Connect
Reach out and share what you know at this stage. An event date, estimated guest count, and the type of item and personalization you’re envisioning are helpful starting points.
2. Consult + Curate
We will confirm availability, answer questions, share samples, and help you select the right services for your event. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a contract and booking invoice.
3. Secure Your Date
Once your contract is signed and deposit received, your date is confirmed. We’ll coordinate all logistics in preparation for a flawless event.
4. Event Day
We arrive early to set up, execute each personalized detail with care and precision, and create hand-crafted moments that feel meaningful to each guest — so you can trust the experience unfolds beautifully from start to finish.
